- AGAlondra GarciaAug 4, 20261.0Worst experience. I go to this post office every month to purchase money orders. I usually pay with a variety of bills, and I’ve been coming to this location for over five years without ever having an issue. This time, however, my experience with Stephanie was very different. She commented that next time I should bring larger bills. I replied that I would if I could, but that’s how the bank gave them to me, so there wasn’t much I could do about it. She then said, “Well, I don’t know how your bank does it, but I get my money orders for free.” I simply responded, “Okay.” While I was waiting, she kept looking back at me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. When she handed me my items, I noticed that I hadn’t received the envelope I had requested or my change. I said, “I also asked for an envelope,” and she replied, “I didn’t hear you.” I then mentioned that I was also missing my change. She responded, “Like I said, I’ll give you your envelope and your change.” While waiting, the customer service survey appeared on the screen. I selected “Bad Service” because I was unhappy with her attitude and the way she spoke to me. As I was trying to make my selection, the screen wasn’t responding. She then said, “You can press it harder if you want,” even though I wasn’t pressing it aggressively. I’ve been coming to this post office for years because I like supporting my local community, but after this experience, I felt like my business was no longer appreciated.
