- MEMike EgittoMay 24, 20261.0Horrible! The carrier drops my package with thousands of dollars worth of signed nfl memorabilia. Then shoves it across my porch. Doesnt even take the extra second yo walk it up and make sure its under the giant over hang so its out of the rain. Even better is I complained. They did nothing, I got a voicemail stating "when its raining, we cant guarantee it wont get wet" meanwhile I sent them all the ring videos where on multiple occasions the female carrier does the same thing. Do not do business with these guys if possible.

It’s a chain reaction of unprofessionalism that makes getting basic mail delivery impossible. • The Mailbox Issue: The plow trucks consistently block the mailboxes with snow, and instead of working toward a solution, the Post Office simply refuses to deliver. • Counter Service: When you inevitably have to go in person to retrieve your mail, the experience is even worse. The woman at the counter is extremely rude and treats every customer like a nuisance. • Uncalled-for Comments: Most shocking was the interaction with my carrier. After a civil conversation where I agreed to clear the mailbox as requested, he made a completely inappropriate and baseless comment about "getting out of there before he gets sexually harassed." It was bizarre, offensive, and totally unprovoked. I work for the government myself, and I know for a fact that this isn't how you treat the public. There is a complete lack of professional standards here. This town deserves better than this "jerk" attitude from people who are supposed to be providing a service. they need to get it together’ The guy beside me is getting his mail and not shoveled out but mine is and I’m not receiving it.

Doesn’t open on time, can’t deliver mail before 6pm, misplaces or just doesn’t deliver packages and requires you to pick them up yourself. The incompetency level at this establishment is at an all time high.

My packages are constantly being marked as delivered but never actually being delivered (stolen) 😡 I also put in a change of address a year ago and my mail is still being delivered to my old address. Employees never reach back out when you inquire about missing packages ?????
