When he finally sent out the packages after he managed to jostle and toss every box we sent with multiple fragile stickers on all sides. This is a past issue but still deserves attention. He will not be missed.

I did the survey on my receipt and said the same thing in the comments and yet he still works there. there are plenty of other people that need a job, why not fire him and give it someone who actually wants to work there
