I love this post office as they are always so friendly and helpful. I won't go to the post office in my own town choosing to drive further just for these reasons

The sheer lack of professionalism, humility, and compassion shown by the clerks is astounding. This Post Office blows in the face of what it was set out to do; Benjamin Franklin would be humiliated by the carriers, clerks, and service shown by this Post Office. When this nation was founded, our Founding Fathers, nor Foundation of modern USPS, could neither predict the downfall, or the horrible service given at this government office. Useless does not begin to describe the carriers, clerks, and delivery date estimates given. Taking a week to get a package from New Jersey to a Pennsylvanian county sitting next to New Jersey is not something to be proud of. My package was not delivered due to pure laziness, or a fear of the prior nights puddles. "Your package will be delivered the next day" apparently means 3 days later. The downfall of the USPS shall be studied. Would Benjamin Franklin, and his original employees under him laugh at someone for being reasonably upset, after being given false information from our government? I do not believe so. I was humbled by someone who finds sitting behind a counter a arduous job. I have given up all faith in this government services for other means of shipping. Shipments via pigeon would faster, and more precise than this Post Office finds the means to deliver

I went to this post office two days ago to get a package that was not delivered to my home. The reason it was not delivered is because on Sunday they tried to deliver it but they went to the wrong address. We tried to flag them down but they kept going. I went to the post office on Monday to try to get my package. The rude clerk would not let me say a sentence before cutting me off. She was annoyed she was supposed to help me and was standing around talking to her friends. She was as useless as they come. And absolutely no help to me at all. She laughed at my frustration as I was leaving. This post office does not deserve one star. No I do not recommend this post office for anything. And good luck getting them to answer the phone because they never do.
