- KRKendall RegisterMay 5, 20261.0Absolutely rude. The woman without her uniform was telling me what she would "allow" about live animal shippings and wouldn't look in to the company issue at all. I was told repeatedly to check tracking and "it's on a truck" after calling a customer service line 9 times I finally reached a corporate human that told me my correctly shipped package is held in duncansville and I can go drive to pick it up. Fedex closed a shipping center and still allowed the package to go through, and their storefront employees cannot fathom the basics of customer service.
