- SSStardust & SerendipityApr 26, 20211.0Horrible customer service. I am not from the area and had an issue with a customers label ordered on the USPS website. I called to ask a question regarding the package and was immediately yelled at from the begin of the call where am I calling from, why I was calling that location because she doesn't deal with packages. I couldn't even get a full sentence out before she tried to cut me off and hang up on me. They gave me the number to the Lansdowne location instead who said they couldn't help me because the package was dropped off at the Baltimore Pike location. I normally don't like to complain and I get having a bad day at work, but this was SO unprofessional. Obviously from the other reviews this person at the front desk has been a problem at this location. Sad that it is allowed to continue.
