  The two employees at the front insisted that my Amazon package needed to be shipped in a box despite the Amazon drop off instructions, noting that a box was not needed. After this exchange, I had called Amazon to verify that I did not need a box for a UPS drop off for my item and the agent affirmed that I did not need one. Also, I have dropped off other Amazon items in the past to UPS that specified whether an item needed a box or not and I have never had this issue before. This location needs more competent employees.

  I was having issues using my phone trying to print some labels for packaging but the young Lady (ID number 385635) was so gracious enough to use hers to assist me with everything!

  Tasha and Tyara were the best ever in customer service and warm skills. They greeted us upon entering the store, were knowledgeable, and proactive to assist me with my concerns. I am excited to come more regularly to this location❤️ Thanks ladies.You two are the best‼️

  I had such a great experience at this UPS Store location, and I especially want to recognize Tyara for her outstanding help. She truly went above and beyond to make sure all my shipping needs were taken care of. I was sending multiple packages to Florida, and she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this location because of her!
