His energy is uplifting — truly sunshine in human form. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or cold, Jim made our entire experience feel warm and welcoming. My husband and I both left smiling, and honestly, interactions like that are what keep people coming back. We’ll gladly continue using this post office anytime we need anything because of how positive our experience was. Also, funny enough, he shares the same name as my husband, which made us smile even more lol.
