- CHConnie HeffnerJun 19, 20265.0We just moved to New Street so went in for a change of address, Anthony that helped us was so nice and accommodating, I didn't have any questions because he answered them all before I could ask, he gives you that feeling like you are never a bother and he is literally there to help in any way possible, he set the tone for our recent move and I can say that it has been an amazingly beautiful and joyful experience thus far, so thank you Anthony for being what everyone wants out of customer service, keep up the great work🥰
- PMPaul ManiliMar 31, 20261.0I’m extremely frustrated with a recent experience involving a package delivery. The tracking update claimed “delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible,” which is simply not true. We were sitting on our front porch at the time the mail carrier arrived. We watched them pull up to the mailbox, pause briefly, and then drive away without ever attempting to come to the door. There were no obstructions whatsoever. The driveway and front entrance were completely clear and accessible. It’s very disappointing to see inaccurate delivery updates used in place of actually completing the delivery. If the package required coming to the door because it didn’t fit in the mailbox, that effort should have been made. This kind of service is unacceptable. Customers rely on accurate information and basic delivery attempts, and this experience did not meet that standard.
