  The staff was kind but are extremely untrained for international shipping. I have a dear friend in Mexico that I send a birthday gift to every year. I usually use the post office since they are cheaper but take a bit longer. This year I decided to try UPS aince they would takecare of the paperwork. They talked alot about buying return shipping in case it had to be returned which seemed odd, but I agreed thinking there wouldn't be any problems. I have sent more expensive gifts via the post office with no problem, and this item was inexpensive and due to it could appear valuable i tried to explain in detail what it was. It started quickly to turn into a mess. A few days later I received a call from UPS International informing me that the forms were completed were incorrect (again completed by the UPS location workers). Then the package arrived in Mexico and UPS started blowing up my friend's email about receipts for the package. She didn't have receipts as it was a gift. I spoke to this UPS location numerous times. The representative did try to correct the problem. But she would tell me that they don't deal with international shipping (but they sell the service). In the end I was charged for the package's return. The staff here is very kind and she did try to help but if you don't know how to do international shipping, tell me so I could have gone to the post office and spared myself this headache. I've learned never to use UPS for international shipping. In the future if I ship something within the US maybe but to be told "They don't really deal with international shipping" which again to me is ironic as the company offers this international shipping service.

  Don’t allow people to who don’t have the correct information answer the phone. I called and specifically asked about having a will notarized and if they provided witnesses and the man on the phone assured me they do and to arrive after 1030am. We got there at 11 am and was told the notary wasn’t in yet and they don’t provide witnesses. Waste of time and need better training for employees.
