Items are constantly delivered to the wrong address or lost.And when you stop in to talk about it with proof such as a printed out notice that shows delivered to mail box but it wasn't they offer no help. There is always an excuse or worse yet tell me to contact my neighbors. It isn't my job to search for lost or incorrectly delivered mail. That is what you get paid for.If I could give zero stars I would. I also have informed delivery and when I take proof I didn't receive a bill that was shown to be out for delivery but never received nothing you get nothing but more excuses.
- MMmissy missymissyApr 29, 20221.0This post office is a joke. Most of the people employed are rude. The post master should NOT be working with the public. Shes not a people person. Shes VERY rude. She argues with people. She recently argued with my husband about a package saying it was delivered when we knew it wasnt and then after almost an hour of back and forth she decided to check tracking numbers and said oh it is here! Shes lazy and Very unprofessional. We get notices in the mailbox that says they attempted to deliver a package which is not true. They very rarely attempt. It wasnt until we went down and started complaining and calling them out on their behavior that we got packages delivered. The service you get depends on if she and a few others like you or not...most of the time. Others its just wrong

They do not provide 24/7 access to that PO Box so you are forced to work around their schedule in order to obtain your own mail. Ridiculous. Most people who work regular day shift jobs will not be able to get their mail regularly.
