I did not have things packed the best way and he explained the prices and how it worked and really made shipping from UPS pretty simple. We’ll be shipping more from there more often. Thanks Gio! Great customer service! We’re very thankful.

Went the lady was doing it for me, she realized I did not to the staples off, she got so upset with me ,started arguing about it and end up calling tge police on me. The police agreed with me that the lady was unhinged and very stressed out. They couldn't understand why she called them about it. No going there again
