Because I didn't know the precise weight of the factory battery installed in the iPhone 17 I was sending to my daughter, they ripped off the label of the box I brought in and told me they couldn't help me unless I knew the exact battery size. Another time when I had a question about a mail delivery behind held, the man behind the counter shouted at me and just said, "York!" You have to talk to post office in York"! Interestingly, the York post office had told us to come to the Shrewsbury Post Office.
