  The owner is extremely disrespectful, arrogant, and rude. I asked him a simple question about amazon returns and his response was snarky and dismissive. He walked out of the store while I was standing there with no-one else in the store. Upon his return I asked are you having a bad day? His response was everyday is a bad day here. He explained that he was the only one there all morning. It was only 930am. I said well you dnt need to take it out on me. His response to that was alarming. I quote "I'm doing you a favor by taking your amazon returns." No sir that is your job. You opened your doors today to accept packages. After a few more disrespectful words from him I demanded to have the packages and the receipts returned to my possession so that I could leave and go to another store. He said good because you mean nothing to me and asked me to leave as I was gathering my returns and headed to the door. He then called me racist because i said only in America can you be this disrespected. I went to Cape Horn Ups where I was greeted with a hello and smiles. The Cape Horn location was clean, organized and filled with customers and happy employees. I worked for ups for 14 years and it's absolutely horrible that the UPS name has this type of person representing them. The previous owner of the Shrewsbury location was a delight to deal with.

  The manager or owner of the store is rude, and has a really bad attitude. Says he hates everyone in line with Amazon returns. Throws your return to the floor, then throws receipt at you. Gets angry I’d you have been in there more than one time week. Was going to record him being so rude, didn’t because it was illegal. He is this UPS store a bad name. In Southern York Facebook, they have an account about how rude he is. Disgrace

  Rude! I didn't tape shut a box for 1 of my Amazon returns because I'd never had to box a return before. When I was told there would be a charge for them to tape it, I had no problem paying but said that I had to go to my car to get my wallet. He got visibly frustrated at that. I tried to apologize for misunderstanding the return directions & explaine that I'd never had to do it this way before, but the guy cut me off & rudely said, "Can we move this along? Nobody reads the instructions & I don't have time for this!" I didn't raise my voice or have an attitude, but again tried to apologize. He cut me off again & rudely asked for the remaining return codes. I don't care if you're short staffed or hate that you have to deal with Amazon returns all day! It's your job! And if you don't want to deal with Amazon returns, don't contract with Amazon! But it's certainly not ok to take out your frustration on a customer that did you no wrong!

  I came to the store with a lot of Amazon returns so I understand it took a bit longer which can be annoying sure, but I was surprised by the attitude of the man helping me who seemed to be the manager on duty. He seemed cocky right off the bat talking to a customer ahead of me saying that the line moves much faster when he’s there. Then I got up to him with my returns. He got halfway through the return when he told the customer behind me to use the computer (seemed like they knew each other) and the customer said “I was just being lazy and watching you do all of the Amazon returns” and then the manager said “yeah want to watch me put a bullet in my head after?” I was surprised he would say something like that (especially as someone who lost my brother the exact same way). That right there should be grounds to be fired from your job. I know I would have been at my last customer service job if I said that. Then he says to me “you love to shop huh?” not in a nice joking kind of way. And I was honestly taken aback so I said “well I’m going on a trip and I’m pregnant so it’s kind of hard to find things that fit right now” and the customer heard and said “oh no I’m not judging you” (which I wasn’t bothered by the customer at all) but then the manager said “no but I was judging you”. Excuse me??? Then he asked to switch with the other girl working in the middle of the return to help someone else. I honestly never leave bad reviews but I couldn’t believe that those kinds of comments came out of the managers mouth. Makes me not want to come back to this store ever. But I think next time I have a large Amazon return to make, I’ll come back just to see him.
