- EPEddie PipesJul 15, 20261.0Why did you not open at 9am today? You had my mother waiting there for 2 hours and she left because it still wasn't open. Unacceptable. Maybe next time deliver packages to houses Instead of forcing people to pick them up if you won't open.

I should not have to pick it up, or be told to go to Hawley to pick it up - that is not my job. It is the job of USPS. We have asked all we purchase from to never again ship to us via USPS. And that is how the USPS is losing customers
