- KKKaitlynJun 22, 20261.0Had a package held for pickup for no reason and with no notification, and not at my request. It was an Amazon package, and when I called Amazon, the post office hadn’t communicated with them why it was held for pickup either. When I called, the woman I spoke to was rude and dismissive and said that they weren’t open the day it was supposed to be delivered despite their hours being posted both on Google and the USPS Website. Worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. I’d rate it lower if I could and wish I could prevent my packages coming from them. Edit: I found out the woman I spoke to was Virginia, one of the managers. Also found out she lied to me about the branch being closed the day my package was supposed to be delivered. Very disappointing.

A couple hours later a message saying no access to delivery location…then around 4-5 pm a update saying insufficient address so they are sending back to sender… I was home all day no one even came to my place I even have cams to back this… they are incompetent and lazy. They lie saying no access ? And insufficient address…. They didn’t even try.. this needs to go to corporate because I see the same from other reviews about this specific post office and courriers marking things like this without even going to address..
