  I was waiting for my package to arrive, and I just so happened to be in the bathroom when the delivery guy rang my doorbell. It was all but 2 minutes before he left and drove off with my package. This package was ordered from overseas and I needed it for the next day tomorrow! He could have at least waited a few minutes. If I were an elderly person, I would have needed a little extra time to get to the door. I tried calling customer service , and they were no help at all. I called twice and spoke with two different representatives who sounded like they were in bed and didn't give two shits about my package. I requested to speak with management... the response was there isn't any. The first lady, at least she put in a request. The only thing they could say is that your package is rescheduled for Monday. They didn't have a location as to where my package is going. Finally, a manager called by the name of Jennifer, who only repeated what the first two reps told me. I'm not sure if she was an actual manager. They need to tell these drivers to wait at least 2 minutes before walking off. I have him on ring, and I know exactly how long he was on my porch after ringing my bell.

  I had an excellent experience! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Dave was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure all of my questions were answered. He was attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. It’s refreshing to receive service from people who truly value their customers. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning!
