- ZSZack Van Sant1 day ago1.0This only receives one star because I am unable to go lower. Feel free to work with this clown show of a business if you want your delivery to be handled by some of the most unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent people that God's green earth has to offer. Highlights include their sheer laziness and refusal to unload and deliver the rest of a furniture set despite a single broken piece that was reported to customer service of their client and set to be replaced anyway. You can also count on them to not clean up after themselves.

I suggest taking legal action and placing them on social media like me. They are unfortunately contractors of Home Depot and Home Depot should be ashamed of themselves for contracting with them. In 2026, a company like this should not exist with this disgusting lack of customer service. They claim the managers name is Jace but he never calls you back or simply doesn't exsist. I have all proof and evidence. I will be asking for my money back. Please be advised not to use them if you don't want emotional distress.
- DADaniel ArmentiSep 19, 20251.0I ordered a new washer and dryer directly from Electrolux with installation included. Delivery was scheduled between 2–6 PM, but AIT didn’t show up until 8 PM. When they finally arrived, they claimed they didn’t have the parts to complete the install and left me with appliances that weren’t connected. What makes this even worse is that after they left, I discovered the required parts were actually inside the washer drum the entire time. This level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If I had known this would happen, I would have returned the units altogether. Electrolux and AIT need to seriously improve their delivery and installation process. Customers shouldn’t be left paying for a service that isn’t completed, especially due to mistakes that could have been easily avoided.

Did speak to their dispatch.. no help. Had to cancel the package that I bought from Dicks Sporting goods. Hope Dicks change to a more reliable company
