- C2Cold Pack 21Jun 8, 20261.0This company lies about installation. The constantly transfer you to different numbers. The don't show up. They have lied about managers and about times to install. I suggest taking legal action and placing them on social media like me. They are unfortunately contractors of Home Depot and Home Depot should be ashamed of themselves for contracting with them. In 2026, a company like this should not exist with this disgusting lack of customer service. They claim the managers name is Jace but he never calls you back or simply doesn't exsist. I have all proof and evidence. I will be asking for my money back. Please be advised not to use them if you don't want emotional distress.

Then look no further then AIT Worldwide! A shipping company that seems to have no idea on how to ship anything! Get your package after 6 delays, a month late, with no support and you'll like it! Seriously, never ever use this joke of a company.
