I would give zero stars if that were an option. Rude and unhelpful. The employee made it very clear that she was inconvenienced at the mere idea of doing her job.

08/11/2026 at 12pm is the appoinment I scheduled here. I'm young and have never gotten a passport before. I was welcomed into the office area with some woman with a bad attitude, talking about work with a coworker with a very loud and obnoxious manner. Other customers there visibly looked displeased/surprised. A younger individual before me was unprepared and was treated nicely by the other coworker. I was also unprepared and That is my fault. I had thought My Real ID would be enough for a passport, thats my mistake. However that same rude lady snickered 2x when I was being asked questions and was not something I needed to hear. The other coworker seemed annoyed but somewhat understanding. The rude lady apparently wasnt even clocked in yet nor working and was out there being a nuisance. Anyway I felt treated like I was 10 when asked what a "Check" was. I was born in the 2000s I know what it is, I just didnt know you needed one for getting a passport. I get you hate your job, but "news flash!" Everyone else does too. I didnt even do anything to warrent rude interaction. I handled my rejection like a professional, something that lady could could take notes from. In conclusion don't go to this specific office. Then again maybe all posts office are like this, I guess you learn something new everyday.

The only helpful/professional person here is Michelle. Everyone else should just not work in customer service. I know multiple people who’ll just go else where because of the treatment of customers at this establishment including myself now. Just go to a different post office!

Ridiculous lines when it’s understaffed with only one person working the counter which seems to be the new standard.

I put the wrong city on a package- I moved to a neighboring town. Called to see what could be done. Said they had the package in the truck but didnt have the time to get it out. A few stars for the info but so disappointing; I have to resubmit / do a return on a few hundred dollar order because of this.
