Nearly every female employee I’ve interacted with has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customer service seems to be an inconvenience rather than a priority. A little kindness and basic respect go a long way, yet that’s consistently lacking here. If working with the public makes you that unhappy, it may be time to consider a different job. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, regardless of how busy the day is. I truly hope management addresses the ongoing issues with customer service because this has become a pattern, not a one time bad experience.

Customer service at a post office shouldn't feel like you're inconveniencing the employee who's supposed to be helping you.
