- MPMadelyn PrataMar 27, 20261.0If I could give this place a 0 I would. I’ve had packages dropped off at random houses and my neighbors have been a saving grace of dropping them back off to me. However, I’m missing an important package. Camera shows no activity for the day it says it was dropped off. They told me the GPS says it was marked at my location yet my camera activity says otherwise. Sophia had an attitude during the entire situation and should have went about it with more grace considering it had nothing to do with her personally. There’s a reason this post office has a 1.8 star rating and it’s because it is managed with a poor attitude and poor customer service. I have never been inside a post office as much as this one.

Use that as guidance and do not ever step foot in this place. They will misguide you somewhere else, just to push off their problem a little bit longer so they can sit on their phone and do anything except THEIR JOB. You will leave with lots of confusion, anger and no solutions. Hopefully this helps you and please avoid this place for your own sake. Whatever you do don’t try to own a mailbox on Saylorsburg.
