- LMLi MeowJul 11, 20261.0Most of the staff is very rude, and they hardly ever answer their phone. They either pick it up and hang up (you can hear them talking and laughing in the background before they hang up) or they just never answer and it continues to ring.
- EEElla EJun 20, 20261.0I told them my package was fragile. I wrote fragile all over it. I had bubble wrap all over the contents of the package. I pressed that the package was fragile when prompted. Yet, my package was delivered battered, destroyed, and uncared for a fragile package. $200 item destroyed. Very disappointed.

Went to a neighboring post office and staff there state “Cheryl (Sarver postmaster) is known for poor communication and not being helpful, even to her staff.” I then am reading reviews on here about Sarver postmaster and seems to be the consensus that she barely deserves one star. With customer service like this, not surprising that the post office is losing money and business as noted on the news last evening. Fortunately, my experience in the Sarver post office with the desk staff has always been amazing. Postmaster Cheryl should learn from their example!
