- DWDave WilkinsJun 29, 20261.0Absolutely horrible service at this post office. Went to pick up packages and was refused to look for them by employees. Customer service isn't their strong point.
- MTMegan TraskJun 9, 20261.0Go anywhere else! Post master, Candi, sends back bills, tax information, insurance information and anything that doesn’t have P.O. Box on it-we aren’t allowed to have a mail box and we’ve tried changing our address with every place but most of them don’t accept P.O. Box as address. This post master has created so many problems for people in this community with even sending needed prescriptions back to sender. August 31 2026 update: now it seems Candi is opening our packages and taking what she pleases as she was the one who sorted packages today and ours was open with a pair of leopard print shoes missing-funny thing is package was shipped directly from amazon to Russell post office.
