Called and I was initially on hold for in excess of 2800 seconds - yes seconds - which was in excess of 47 minutes! As I waited, time went down and up and down and up not progressively down. I understood the new board was supposed to have improved things. Nope.

The customer service here is largely inconsistent, which is why several reviews are 1 star (or less). The job gets done but it may or may not be a pleasant experience.
