- SSspring springyAug 27, 20251.0I had a very bad experience at this location. The first time I went to return my package, the clerk (aguest 23 , 3:00 pm) sent me back home saying it wasn’t packed properly. I fixed it and came back again, but then she refused to let me use a marker to cover the old label – even though the marker was right there on her desk. She tried to send me back home a second time just because of that. Only after I insisted did she finally give me the marker. This behavior was unprofessional and made me feel like she was intentionally making the process harder instead of helping. Customers deserve better service.This behavior wasted my time and felt unprofessional, as if she wanted to make the process harder instead of helping. Customers come to the post office expecting support, not unnecessary obstacles. I hope management addresses this, because one unhelpful employee can give the whole location a bad reputation.

So much better and nicer than my post office in Milford. Shout out to that lady, a real one, 10/10. Update: The package got here within a day. Wow. Just wanted to spread positivity with this review.
