Instead they rerouted it back to the Pittsburgh sorting facility and now the delivery date is unknown. Learn how to do your job if I can see where my package is via informed delivery so can the post office. So why would my package not have arrived yesterday on the 14th? Why was it rerouted? Post office incompetence at its highest level.
