- KOKrystal OllingerJun 29, 20264.0Typical ups store usually in and out in minutes. Twice in 4 months I arrived to the store 15 minutes after it’s supposed to open and it’s not open. It’s clearly the employees not getting there on time. Some employees are friendly, some have headphones in and don’t greet you. Not that it matters for a quick Amazon return but worth noting not to show up at opening unless you want to risk waiting.

They are more into having conversations with each other in Hindi. Definitely makes for an awkward experience. Will go back to using the Southampton location!
