I went in the day before handed in my packages had no problems, the next day I go in and I got told that my package was to flimsy (before going back I added a cardboard mailer) then I got told again it was to flimsy. They said DO NOT BEND on them and she bent my package saying it was to flimsy. I told them I shipped the day before was asked who it was (I didn’t know her name) told them she were she was at they accused me of LYING because that’s there apparently their trainer! I will NEVER drop packages off to this post office again! There very rude to there customers you don’t need to accuse you’re customers of lying! It was two older ladies who accused me of lying by NOT just one! Don’t recommend dropping packages off you’re packages off here!

- JRJohn RuppertAug 24, 20265.0I just visited the Red Lion Post Office in Aug 24,2026. As I had a letter that required certain postage. So I went inside to the counter. So I was greeted by Cheryl. I told her I need to check to see what postage was for a letter. She proceeded to preform her duties and told me the postage is due. I paid the amount. The whole time we had a nice friendly chat. I was only there maybe a good five minutes. Till I left I felt like I knew her for years. It was nice to work with an individual who treated their customers with high level of customer service. Thank you Cheryl for a positive pleasant start of my day. 🙂
- CCCraig CooperApr 9, 20213.0The Red Lion post office sucks! I have called customer service so many times because tracking showed delivered but WHERE? They supposedly brought other management to help. It hasn't. Good luck dealing with such a bunch of misfits! Just noting things have improved.
