  The older woman at the counter that helped me was very kind. But there is a balding older white gentleman who works there who never speaks back to me. I have dropped off returns there three times. The first two times I thought there were other customers there maybe he did not hear me. This time when I went in I passed right in front of the table where he was working, he had been chatting to the younger male worker at the fax behind him so I know he can here. I looked directly at him as I passed by, said hello, and he refused to say hello back. He just stared at me. Sir, if you hate women or you hate black people, thats your problem, you should be professional at work. I even said when i came to the counter to the woman he refused to say hello but she said hello and exchanged pleasantries. As I left, I said a prayer for Yah to bless her and curse him for Yah blesses those who bless his children and curses those who curse his children.

  The folks here are always incredibly helpful and patient when I need to return anything. Highly recommended store!

  Convenient location. But years of going here, I've always been treated rudely by staff. Any of my questions have been met with attitude immediately.

  I've used their email to print capabilities several times in the last month. It's nice not to have to search for an office store since they've all closed in the East York area.

  Customer service is lacking to say the least. I only come here because of convenience otherwise I would recommend giving someone else your business. Seriously if you can't even acknowledge people when they come in your store why do you work with the public 🤔 Do wayyyy better.
