- KKKayJun 10, 20265.0Disregard the bad reviews, Bill is a funny guy and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with him! There are times where I’ve made mistakes with my mail but he was there to help and guide me through the process and shipping my packages has never been easier. People really need to lighten up and take jokes. The job is probably tough.

Read the other reviews. Dealing with Miss Priss is like dealing with the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld. I'll go to the Wernersville or Wyomissing branch rather than deal with that poor attitude.
