They take the time to answer questions and assist you without making you feel rushed or like you’re bothering them. It makes such a difference when you’re greeted with patience and respect, especially when the post office is busy. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here, and the customer service is always appreciated. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a post office with friendly and welcoming staff!

- PMPascualin J MartinezJun 18, 20261.0Another missed mail delivery. Our tax dollars at work. Too lazy postal drivers, they dont want to get out of their truck to deliver paid mail. Keep calling and there excuse, likethat our policy won't allow them to get out of their behind and walk a few steps to deliver mail to there residents in Shillington. I will post every day from today on until I get results. Spoke to a manager named Pam and all she was concerned about was policy they have to follow policy. But prior to this year I never had a mail not delivered or a package that I paid money for not arrived because the mail carrier was to lazy to get out of the truck. And they want us to take a survey 🙄 😒 😏 this is the distance this car is parked from the mail box, and the sad part its not even my car. I park on the back of the house. So im penalized because I have ignorant neighbors that dont respect their neighbors.

I drop off a lot of packages and have never seen or heard anything negative. My mail carriers have always been personable and friendly and accommodating. Never complained about me running to their truck with a late package for them to scan.
