  I have been to this location a few times now. Never had friendly service. Today was by far the worst. Christopher had a big attitude. If you dislike your CUSTOMER SERVICE job that much, maybe you should find a new job instead of treating customers like they are a bother!!!

  Went there for fingerprinting, had an appointment, but they said the person who does that wasn’t there. We had already paid, and insisted we had an appointment and took off time from work to be there, so they did it and they screwed it up and were unable to properly use the machine, blamed it on our fingers to boot. Very unprofessional, bizarre experience.

  When to this store for a returned and was charged $9.87 for a box, it was supposed to be free delivery and free packaging, the sales associate that was there just rush me out no explanation just said I had to pay for my box he didn’t want to hear it. So just go prepare I try showing him that email that stated it was included in my return he didn’t want to hear it.

  Poor customer service experience. The staff repeatedly talked over each other while I waited to have my letter notarized, creating a loud and unprofessional environment. The employee assisting me even thought it was appropriate to FaceTime someone while helping me with an important document. After we finished signing, he told me I was all set and could leave. It wasn’t until I had already returned to my car that he informed me I needed to come back inside to pay. When I returned, the two clerks sent me back and forth between different machines before finally resolving the issue. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating.

  This location went out of their way to help me. I am located in TX and was in a difficult situation and they picked up the boxes from the recipient that was unable to go to a UPS store. They even printed out the labels for me. They got them shipped out and to me without any problems. Thank you so much for caring.
