  Missed delivery so I called to schedule (this is a package that was def fine to just be left at the door ) spend 30 minutes on the phone with customer service , told to pick up here that this is where my package is. Go down Saturday, they don’t know where my package is and Q/A isn’t in to help. Told me to come back Monday. Come back today … spend an HOUR waiting then to be told it’s lost and call customer service to file a claim…. I’d rather have a root canal then deal with fedex

  I'm not happy with FedEx because I could not get a customer service representative their AI literally would not give me to anyone I had to call three times I was almost in tears it refused to actually help me the AI couldn't help me with what I needed by the time I finally got to an actual human being I was so angry because it took so much time and it was so frustrating I will not deal with FedEx again.

  I hate that fedex doesn't allow me to just hold at location and I'm not sure why this location is so hidden on maps. I got great service here after my delivery was not delivered because it needed signature. I came around 6pm after the trucks redocked and was able to pickup my package.

  They have moved but have not updated the web site to new location nor put a sign out at the old location.

  Went in to take a return back and the lady in the front was very welcoming
