- CHChristine HornerAug 14, 20261.0So I suppose jamming a package that is clearly too large for the mailbox is allowed. Then said item is damaged. My house is directly across from the mailbox, are you lazy or just ignorant. I will submit a formal complaint, however do not expect any response.
- DLDana LappMay 6, 20261.0The staff inside the post office have also been friendly & helpful. BUT the mailman is terrible! We live on the same driveway as my husband’s parents so our mailboxes are side by side. The majority of the time the mailman will stuff our boxes into the in laws box instead of ours. And today apparently he tried to drop my package at their house because he marked it as “delivery attempt-animal interference” we don’t have animals that interfere with delivery. So much for rain, shine, sleet, or snow. Do better!!

We have had to replace 2 mailboxes because packages too big for the box were being forced and crammed in the box. It kept working the mailbox off the post. We replaced the post and put a one piece mailbox in so the mailbox is no longer worked loose. Packages were being hung from the flag bending it out of shape. Packages are still being hung from the flag bending the flag out of shape once again. Then we get told to fix or replace. This is ridiculous, if the package does not fit in the box bring it to the house.
