- AFAmanda FreiwaldJun 17, 20261.0Incredibly rude staff behind the desk. Went in to inquire about passport applications and the woman behind the desk interrupted me and talked over me. She had an aggressive attitude and overall very foul energy. I had planned to make an appointment with them to apply for my passport but after a less than one minute interaction I will never step foot into this post office again. I’ve heard stories about how terrible the service is here but I really didn’t think it would be that bad. I was very wrong. I hope the people that work here find joy. The Richlandtown post office employees are so incredibly nice and accommodating. I highly recommend you go out of your way to visit them instead!

- MMmina minaApr 27, 20261.0I came here to drop off a USPS package for an eBay order. I already had the prepaid label ready on my phone, but it was not printed yet. I asked if they could scan the barcode/QR code and print the label, or if there was any way for me to send it to them to print. I was simply told they don’t print labels and that I had to go to the library. I understand not every location may offer every service, but it was extremely frustrating that a Post Office could not help print a USPS shipping label or offer any useful alternative besides sending me somewhere else. I ended up having to go to a UPS Store to print a USPS label, which makes no sense from a customer service standpoint. Shipping through USPS/eBay is already confusing enough for people who don’t have a printer at home. There should be a clearer, easier process for customers, especially when they already paid for the label and are physically at the Post Office ready to ship the package.
