- MMmina minaApr 27, 20261.0I came here to drop off a USPS package for an eBay order. I already had the prepaid label ready on my phone, but it was not printed yet. I asked if they could scan the barcode/QR code and print the label, or if there was any way for me to send it to them to print. I was simply told they don’t print labels and that I had to go to the library. I understand not every location may offer every service, but it was extremely frustrating that a Post Office could not help print a USPS shipping label or offer any useful alternative besides sending me somewhere else. I ended up having to go to a UPS Store to print a USPS label, which makes no sense from a customer service standpoint. Shipping through USPS/eBay is already confusing enough for people who don’t have a printer at home. There should be a clearer, easier process for customers, especially when they already paid for the label and are physically at the Post Office ready to ship the package.

- JWJodie WayneFeb 10, 20265.0Wonderful post office!!! Always dreaded going to the post office because of experiences I had with the ones in other towns I lived in. Not Quakertown. The staff is always friendly and patient. Even with a long line they stay calm and friendly. I was there today (2/10/26)and unsure how to handle what I needed to do and the middle eastern woman working was so helpful and friendly!!!! 6 stars for her personality!!
- TMThanh McGrainJan 3, 20261.0The clerk behide the counter had a very unfriendly manner when I walked up to ask him the information about the renewing of my passport. He didn't help me but answer around not very helpful for me. He used his time to chat with the colleague. The answer from him is “I don't know” and he sounded in the hurry, but there was nothing to do. Also, there were no customer around but me. I think he was trying to make more difficult for me to complete of the mailing of my passport renew application. Totally, he was not friendly and had negative answers. He should either willingly work or let someone else to replace him with more helpful to the customers. Disappointed!
