  I think Josh really tries his best, I think they are incredibly understaffed. I notice whenever I go in people have no clue what is going on because usually it's older people who didn't grow up with tech and they refuse to research. So Josh is kind of like the town "tech guy". A lot of questions I hear people ask him is frankly common sense and I wonder if they are just playing dumb to get a rise out of someone who is already obviously stressed. Not sure, but definitely cut him some slack.

  Only 2-3 people working at one time. No one helps on floor. If you ask for help they tell you no one is available. I’m sure if someone responds to this they will say “we are sorry, we try our best” or something ridiculous. No wonder Staples stores are slowly closing one by one. I’ll stick to buying off Amazon.

  Josh helped me tremendously! I came in there yesterday (4/28/26) in a rush to get resumes printed and the self-serve wasn’t working. Josh went out of his way to help me download my resume to my phone, scan it and when it still wouldn’t print, he helped me @ the customer service desk. He took my order above others in order to help me get out the door to a job fair I was late to. I’m new to using my iPhone so I am extremely grateful for his help and his kindness, professionalism, kindness, and help. I highly recommend this store and his help as manger!
