  Sufficient post office. Parking can be challenging. They kept the line moving. Scary homeless man was asking for money outside the door, he had a needle sticking out of his arm. Welcome to Pottstown 😂

  This post office needs to improve. They “delivered” my mail, but either put it in the wrong box or gave the key to my neighbor. It is not something I can re-order. So, great. Another lost package that I am forced to be at the mercy of someone else with. This is not the first time. The amount of times this post office misdelivers? Outrageous. I have to open another claim and file another complaint about this. It is becoming overwhelming negative and anxiety inducing to have parcels delivered by them. Please retrieve my package or at least do better in the future. We shouldn’t have to worry about this.

  useless, can’t even pick up the phone let alone do their job. I don’t even live remotely near this post office but my package was missorted here.

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with a USPS delivery driver today. The driver stopped a USPS-marked van directly in front of the exit to our development, completely blocking traffic while delivering a letter to a nearby office. When I questioned it, instead of simply moving the vehicle forward a few feet to allow traffic through, he approached my vehicle and instructed me to drive into the opposing traffic lane to get around him. The problem is that this entrance is divided by a traffic island and serves as the main access point for vehicles entering the development. Driving into the oncoming lane was not a safe or reasonable solution. Moving the van forward 10 feet would have solved the problem immediately. What made the situation even more frustrating was the driver’s attitude. Rather than correcting the issue, he argued the point, then got back into the van and drove away moments later. If he was able to leave that quickly, why block the exit and create the problem in the first place? I was also surprised by the appearance of the driver. There appeared to be no USPS uniform shirt or hat, making it difficult to identify him as an employee beyond the marked vehicle. Delivering mail in surf wear. Professionalism, safety, and common courtesy matter. Suggesting that motorists drive the wrong way into opposing traffic because a delivery vehicle is blocking the road is unacceptable. USPS should do better.
