- JJJonathan Rossman Jr.Dec 1, 20251.0Mail delivery person has broken multiple packages over the corse of several months by jamming them into mailbox when they Cleary do not fit. I did not want to talk bad about anyone but it is just laziness and they seem not to care.
- GSGabriela SandovalJan 16, 20251.0Worst post office I’ve ever had. I get other people’s mail all the time. I told them they don’t live there, nothing changed. I put a sign in the box of who lives there. Nothing changed. I wrote “return to sender” and blacked out their address and get the same mail back to me. When I moved I put the Vacant sign in my box as instructed and mail still gets placed in the box. My lease is up at the end of the month and I’m nervous to turn in my mail keys. I’m afraid that my confidential info will get stolen all because they can’t follow protocols.
- RWRichard WalkerDec 2, 20151.0I have NO end of issues with package delivery! The latest was Today, my tracking said " Notice Left (No Secure Location Available)". I called, after being disconnected and calling BACK, was informed "SHE HAD the package there because she didn't FIND it till she got back (it was SMALL). as a previous review. these are not the same. I REPEATEDLT have issued receiving packages here. At one point something I needed was not left and a notice was left. I WENT to the post office, was told "we are not allowed GIVE it to you it has to be delivered to address!" If someone from this PO reads this I TRACK EVERYTHING!!!!!
