- RMRobin MSep 17, 20265.0I absolutely HATED this USPS location when I first moved here 2.5 years ago. There was a very nasty female manager working at this location who everyone in our neighborhood complained about online and to each other. They have since made changes to the staff, and the people working there now and over the last year or so are AWESOME! I'd like to give a special shout out to Cory and Ray for helping me today. They went out of their way when it was their busy time of the morning to assist me when they didn't have to. Two years ago would have been a different story. Thank, y'all, so much! 💜 😁

The newer employees, particularly one female employee, have been consistently unprofessional and rude in their interactions with customers. I have also observed the customer feedback screen being selected as “satisfied” on behalf of customers, which raises concerns about the accuracy of the survey results. The employees are reaching over the counter to select the responses themselves instead of allowing the customer to choose their appropriate response. In addition, wait times at this location are routinely 20 minutes or longer, making visits unnecessarily frustrating. USPS should address these service issues and provide additional customer service training to staff. Based on my experiences, I would avoid this location whenever possible.

I had a package being sent to my mother in law as a gift to cheer her up since her family member just passed away and wanted an update on the package just for it to be returned to sender. They never answered me not once and I called before and after their lunch break. I do not live in PA so I couldn’t go to the store and ask in person however my grieving mother in law checked her PO box where it was supposed to be delivered and found nothing. What a shame
