- DDDomJul 14, 20261.0Called 6 times, to try and not have my package loaded on a truck, so I can pick it up needed it at a different time then expected delivery, horrible customer service would rate 0 stars if possible 1 feels too generous

- SKSHARON KMay 11, 20264.0Personnel here are always very helpful they're willing to weigh your packages for eBay and Facebook so you can get an idea even though you're not sending them out that day never a problem. I do wish they had more people working though, because you go in the lines are long. I also wish they would extend their hours to 6:00 p.m. during the weekand until 2:00pm on Saturday. Right now they close at 5:00 during the week and early 9 to 12:00 on Saturday. As far as I know Pittston does not have a handicap access they have those steep stairs.
