- JKJoe KupchinAug 11, 20261.0The people working here have no clue what they are doing. They dont answer the phones and the 1 time they did, they immediately hung up on me without saying a word. I also had a package out for delivery and when the mail carrier came to my house, I asked about it. He said he had to check the truck then drove off. I tracked the package after and it said a delivery attempt was made when no attempt was made at all. None of the people working here have any clue what they are doing.

- SKSHARON KMay 11, 20264.0Personnel here are always very helpful they're willing to weigh your packages for eBay and Facebook so you can get an idea even though you're not sending them out that day never a problem. I do wish they had more people working though, because you go in the lines are long. I also wish they would extend their hours to 6:00 p.m. during the weekand until 2:00pm on Saturday. Right now they close at 5:00 during the week and early 9 to 12:00 on Saturday. As far as I know Pittston does not have a handicap access they have those steep stairs.
