- DSDan SchmeichelSep 30, 20251.0Noticed lately that the mail carrier that services my apartment complex have not been doing their job properly. They don't seem to care or even try to read the address on people packages & just dropped the in any building mail room that they want too. My wife thought they lost her package or got stolen a week later we found it in one of the other building mail room with a huge cut in it. I been seeing packages that supposed to be delivered to other buildings mail room but ended up in my mail room. Then I have to played mailman & make sure they get delivered to the right buildings. This is very disrespectful & very unprofessional for a mail carrier to be doing. Plus when calling to the upper saint clair post office to make a complaint. They dont bother to pick up the phone. It really feel like those who work there dont seem to care about the job at all
- BSBrittany ShafferSep 7, 20211.0Very rude lady with the blonde short curly hair. Likes to make rude comments and asked me the same question 3 times and then proceeded to get mad at me. Won’t be back again. Then when I was leaving said I guess she doesn’t listen. Definitely should not be working at place with customers if you aren’t socially friendly. Thankfully the woman with the dark hair was much nicer and was able to explain things better.

- GGGJRJul 24, 20183.0Service is good; its a nice enough facility and the pretty staff is friendly -- all in all, quite pleasant. I sent a package that had apparently gone missing. The USPS tracking website was no help; the automated customer service phone number was completely useless, with endless repetition of menu choices that you don't want or have already tried and there is no one there to assist you. Called local post office (had to dig to find their number) ...had to call a few times to reach someone; he was quite polite and hopefully will be helpful.
