- ASAnna SanglMar 10, 20253.0I mailed a box on Monday, March 3, 2025 from the Sharpsburg, PA post office to my daughter in Lancaster, PA - 4 hours away from Pittsburgh. When I checked the tracking on Wednesday (the day I was told it "could" arrive) I saw that the box was in Warrendale, a hub in Pennsylvania, and the box was still in Warrendale on Friday. The box then was sent to Fargo, ND where it sat for 2 days and then it was sent to Philadelphia and today (Monday, 3/10/25) the box is still in Philadelphia. I have attempted to reach someone at the Philadelphia several times and I usually have been hung up on or told I was being sent to a representative and I then get a message saying the mailbox is full and then I get disconnected. This entire experience is baffling and cannot be explained and it is shameful. Hopefully the box will arrive before we drive there in two weeks to visit her for her birthday.
