- MWM WAug 3, 20261.0STOP SENDING ME OTHER PEOPLE'S MAIL!!! After five or six attempts to sort this out, speaking to them both over the phone and in person, they still continue sending me mail from the past couple decades of previous tenants that have lived at my address. There's a note that *YOUR* office placed in my mailbox to alert the delivery person, whom has suddenly stopped acknowledging said notice. And now their direct phone line goes to a busy signal that just hangs up on you after 20-30 seconds. This is ridiculous.
- JSJan SeyboldJul 7, 20261.0If I could give zero stars I would. This was the closest post office to our home and things that I have mailed at this postal facility have gone missing. Mail that should have been delivered to our house was delivered to a different street, and heaven forbid if there's a substitute carrier, then we would get mail from a different street as well. The final kicker is, we moved and some of our mail was not forwarded (just found that out) and now I am wondering what other mail went missing that nobody forwarded. The gentleman working the front desk at the post office is also a real piece of work- But On a positive note, the woman with the accent at the counter is absolutely so nice and helpful, and all our regular mail carriers were awesome. Carnegie Post Office is 1000 times better I recommend going there-

- RORachel OlszewskiApr 3, 20261.0Very disappointed in my experience today, I had to schedule a passport photo and had a CONFIRMED appt at 3:45. I received an email with the confirmation number, date and time. I walked into the regular post office because the gate was closed to the passport dept. I was told “she already left for the day, and Friday's are iffy” They asked if she called me and I said I never received a call or anything. I understand wanting to get out early on a Friday but if there is a CONFIRMED, SCHEDULED appt, why would you just leave? Very unprofessional.
