- MMM MMay 8, 20261.0This so-called Post Office is TERRIBLE!! I've called there on multiple occasions, and they don't answer the phone, or if they do answer, they hang up the phone. For a government-run office, you would think they would be professional. It's POOR Customer Service, and it just shows how lazy they are that they don't want to do their job. I will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney General's Office making them aware of this situation. They all get paid to do a job that they don't do. IT’S RUDE, IGNORANT, AND VERY BAD BUSINESS! I hope their locations get closed and put everyone out of work.

A package of mine was marked as “Delivered,” yet I never received it. When I contacted USPS, the first agent was helpful and explained the steps I needed to take. However, the follow‑up experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. I received a call from another agent who informed me that, after their investigation, they could not determine where my package was delivered. I politely asked her to email me documentation of this finding—something I was specifically instructed to request so my claim wouldn’t be denied. She assured me she would send it, but I never received anything. Because she failed to send the required documentation, my claim was denied. This shows a lack of accountability and follow‑through from the Pittsburgh West USPS team. When customers are already dealing with the frustration of a lost package, the least we should receive is honest communication and proper documentation. I hope management reviews this situation and improves the professionalism and reliability of their customer service. No customer should have to chase down information that USPS promises to provide.
