Refused to deliver my package to my house because its 30kg. They instead left a slip in my door, they didn't even knock or ring my door bell. The slip said they tried to deliver it, which they didn't, and when I called customer service they said they couldn't even find it in the system which usually means you have to pick it up yourself at the office. I called the local office several times and the people at the office never answered. The office is open mon-fri from 8am to 5pm. I swear to God I don't understand how some people even have jobs.

I have been to many branch offices in my life and this one is by far the worst. Every employee that I have ever come across there is shockingly rude. You may be pleasant to them, but do not expect it in return. I have seen them scream at and belittle a person becuase they didn't know some rule about international shipping. Everything that they must do is made out to be a huge inconvenience. By the time I finished school at Pitt, I had taken to going to UPS for shipping, eventhough it costs a little more. Since, I have been going to my branch on Homeville Rd. in West Mifflin and the service there is the complete opposite. Everyone there is very pleasant and kind. Managment should monitor the service at this branch and make some changes. No customer should be made to feel as though they are stupid or an inconvenience when they have done nothing wrong and are being pleasant.
