- CACarmen AJun 4, 20261.0I am not the type to complain or leave a bad review. I've left over 60 reviews on this site alone, all were good except 1. The blonde woman at this location is beyond just rude. The first few times, I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she might be having a bad day. But the last time, she did something that warrants a formal OIG complaint. Good thing I have evidence. That's all I will say here. I own an e-commerce business and USPS will be losting my 2,000+ package a year business if they do not address this to my satisfaction. She better hope I'm in a better mood than her when I file the complaint. The gentleman that works there is better. I have also noticed that they close early randomly, with no explanation.

It’s sad because I always had a good rapport with the post offices I used,since I mail a lot, but the Brentwood office is disappointing. I will say I do like that they have a kiosk to use so that is a plus.
