- FFFelixJun 17, 20264.0For those expecting mail from USCIS and the tracking shows "Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Post Office" for the 15206 zip code, don't panic. This post office location will hold all USCIS mail for pickup instead of delivering it. Make sure to bring your tracking number. As the lady explained it to me, they had to many cases in the past, where mail was going to old addresses and got returned. So they switched to this unofficial model. I don't know how long the hold period is, but my mail was still there after almost two months. I just wish this was documented online.
