Same situations as previous reviewers. Mainly just not helpful service and worried about packaging being sent correctly. I think they need more staff.

I visited this post office station after receiving a ripped and damaged package, hoping to get real assistance and some level of accountability. Unfortunately, the experience left me more frustrated than helped. The branch manager, Chris, and the female clerk working the front counter both came across as dismissive. Their only response was to tell me to go online and file a claim. I was standing in the post office with the damaged package in hand, yet there was no real effort made to handle the matter at the station, no serious attempt to look deeper into what happened, and no visible concern about finding the root cause of the problem. What makes this even worse is that the process they push customers toward is not simple for everyone. Filing a claim online requires a USPS login, access to a computer or device, and enough technical knowledge to navigate the website and forms. That may seem small to some people, but not everyone has easy access to that technology or feels comfortable dealing with online systems. A public service agency should understand that and provide better in-person guidance when customers come in needing help. The lack of transparency was another major problem. Instead of acting on the issue when it was presented, I was told the internal investigation process would be delayed and that I would have to wait days before more could be done. That makes no sense when the damage and missing contents were already obvious at the time I came in. There was no urgency, no ownership, and no indication that anyone at the station was truly interested in finding out where the breakdown happened. In the end, what I received was not service, but a basic apology and a push back to the website. That is not enough. Customers deserve better communication, better support in person, and a stronger effort to investigate problems instead of simply shifting the burden onto the matter.

Tall woman is particularly rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Just a crappy attitude overall. If you don't like your job, it's time to quit your job.

Your service is extremely disappointing. Just now, I encountered an older black female staff member who had a very rude and aggressive attitude. I went there to ship a package, and she refused to let me use the store’s tape. However, during my previous visit, another employee allowed me to use it. The inconsistency and the unprofessional behavior were unacceptable.
