- SMShannon McCloskeyMay 1, 20261.0Refuses to take packages even if they're small without a formal pick up request and then claims to take packages with the request when they don't. Carriers write passive aggressive notes on people's mail. Informed delivery says a piece of mail will be coming "today", but then it doesn't show up. What's the point of this service if it isn't accurate? I never know what time they'll show up either. It's always random. Worst post office experience I've ever had. With as expensive as USPS is anymore, you'd think we'd get better service.
