However, the man responsible for this was clearly behind, helping another person who carried over into our appointment time, and saw his opportunity to clear out the rest of his day before the office closed. Save yourself the hassle and go to another post office.

Carriers write passive aggressive notes on people's mail. Informed delivery says a piece of mail will be coming "today", but then it doesn't show up. What's the point of this service if it isn't accurate? I never know what time they'll show up either. It's always random. Worst post office experience I've ever had. With as expensive as USPS is anymore, you'd think we'd get better service.
