I recently visited this post office to apply for a passport for my 3-year-old son. I had accidentally made an error when scheduling our appointment, but Taylor went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, which immediately put me at ease. What impressed me the most was how wonderful she was with my son. She was able to get him to take his passport photo without any issues, which is no small task with a toddler! Her positive attitude, friendliness, and professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth. I just wanted to recognize Taylor for providing such outstanding customer service. Employees like her make all the difference, and her kindness was truly appreciated. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant experience!

I had an appointment for a passport application and photo and was still made to wait in line. When I finally got to the desk, I was told that I would have to reschedule my appointment because I walked in the front door 2 minutes late and that the time for my appointment was almost over (because they made me wait in line even though I had an appointment.) The employee working here had a serious attitude problem. I have never heard of a post office making you wait in line when you have an appointment. Typical government worker attitude. Abolish USPS.

Showed up 5 minutes late to a passport appointment for 3 minors, was told we couldn’t be seen because we were late. However, the man responsible for this was clearly behind, helping another person who carried over into our appointment time, and saw his opportunity to clear out the rest of his day before the office closed. Save yourself the hassle and go to another post office.

Refuses to take packages even if they're small without a formal pick up request and then claims to take packages with the request when they don't. Carriers write passive aggressive notes on people's mail. Informed delivery says a piece of mail will be coming "today", but then it doesn't show up. What's the point of this service if it isn't accurate? I never know what time they'll show up either. It's always random. Worst post office experience I've ever had. With as expensive as USPS is anymore, you'd think we'd get better service.
