The personnel at the store changed over the prior year or so and have gone from surly and unhelpful to being friendly and positive. The contrast couldn’t be more vivid. What used to be a dreadful customer experience now feels like a throw back to a time when customers felt seen and are treated courteously and helpfully. It’s a busy store which I use often, and the change in personnel has made a huge improvement in my customer experience.
